Sustainable Development

Phleeya regards ecological and environmental protection as a core principle of its production and operations. We are fully committed to implementing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), fulfilling our corporate social responsibility across the entire industrial chain through six key dimensions: green production governance, waste circularity, low-carbon emission reduction, rural revitalization, fair trade, and inclusive workplaces.

  • ※ Green Production Governance

We have installed a comprehensive wastewater recycling and purification system. Waste liquids from preserved flower processing are centrally purified and continuously reused, achieving a water recycling rate of 90%, with discharge indicators surpassing national regulatory standards, thereby reducing water and soil resource consumption. We also continuously optimize workshop process formulations and ventilation systems to minimize odor emissions during processing and reduce the environmental impact on surrounding communities.
  • ※ Closed-Loop Waste Circularity & Reutilization

Pruned flower residues and petal offcuts are uniformly collected, fermented, and converted into organic fertilizer, which is then returned to our own rose cultivation base in Shilin, achieving a closed-loop circularity for flower waste within the industry. Discarded flower materials are also repurposed into derivative products such as scented wax chips, maximizing material value. Multi-stage purified production wastewater is continuously cycled back into production, significantly reducing fresh water intake and liquid waste discharge. For product shipping, we prioritize recycled corrugated cardboard cut to size as cushioning material, replacing virgin plastic foam and continuously reducing single-use plastic packaging waste.
  • ※ Full-Chain Low-Carbon Emission Reduction

We continue to advance factory energy efficiency retrofits, including the installation of energy-saving lighting and low-energy temperature control equipment across all workshops. We optimize domestic and cross-border logistics routes to shorten transportation distances and reduce carbon emissions. Product gift boxes are increasingly packaged with biodegradable paper materials and plastic-free supplies, gradually replacing traditional plastic containers and steadily reducing the carbon footprint across the entire industrial chain.
  • ※ Land Revitalization & Rural Revitalization

We have revitalized idle and low-efficiency farmland in Shilin, transforming them into standardized rose cultivation gardens that enhance the local rural ecological landscape. We have implemented a farmer-benefit model combining "demonstration cultivation + free technical guidance + guaranteed-price procurement." We provide local farmers with high-quality seedlings and standardized cultivation training at no cost, and our flower purchase prices consistently remain 15% above local market rates throughout the year, stably driving sustained income growth for 87 local households. At the same time, we have employed over 100 local villagers in our production workshops, allowing them to balance farming, employment, and family care, empowering long-term rural economic development through the distinctive floral industry.
  • ※ Fair Trade Global Supply Chain Partnerships

Our global procurement of floral raw materials strictly adheres to fair trade principles. We engage with farms of all sizes across various countries on an equal footing, maintaining stable and fair procurement prices that ensure reasonable incomes for farmers in production regions. Through long-term, stable partnerships with compliant farms in over 20 countries, we are building a mutually beneficial, sustainable global flower supply chain.
  • ※ Inclusive & People-Centered Workplace

We uphold gender-neutral employment practices, equally recruiting both male and female employees, with technical and management positions openly available to all staff through competitive selection. We provide a comprehensive employee benefits system including six social insurance coverage, paid annual leave, holiday benefits, and regular team-building activities. We have established structured training programs for new hires and a clear promotion ladder, actively employing local youth and fostering a long-term, stable, friendly, and inclusive modern floral manufacturing workplace.
